Purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to determine the conditions of sale of the products present on the e-commerce platform DS SOLUTIONS – SHOP.
By accessing this platform as a visitor or placing an order as a customer, you unconditionally or reservedly accept all the GTC defined below.
Acceptance of the conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of the order, the terms and conditions of sale and declares to accept them without reservation. DS SOLUTIONS – SHOP reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice these general conditions of sale, with immediate application of the new ones.
Prices of products
All prices appearing on this site are expressed in CHF (Swiss francs) excluding transport costs. The delivery costs of the order will be indicated before the final validation of the order.
The seller reserves the right to modify without notice and at any time the prices and other costs displayed on the site. However, the products will be invoiced to the customer on the basis of the rates in force at the time of validation of the order.
Payments must be made in CHF (Swiss francs), regardless of your reference currency.
VAT
Currently, DS SOLUTIONS – SHOP is not subject to VAT. Customs duties, taxes and fees that may nevertheless be levied by the authorities of various countries, in case of delivery outside Switzerland, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Availability
Items are produced on pre-order and in limited quantities. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery Time
The manufacturing of DS SOLUTIONS – SHOP products is based on the pre-order. There is therefore no physical stock to limit the costs and environmental impact of stock and surplus management, unsold management, etc.
All orders placed up to the 15th day of the month at 23:59, are made and sent before the end of the following month. This period is an estimated and non-contractual period. Nevertheless, we strive to do our utmost to ensure that the order is sent within the estimated time or if possible even before.

Shipment
The shipment of items is made from our base in Switzerland, and by the Swiss post. A participation on your part is requested according to the rates announced on the site.
For shipments abroad, consult us before placing an order.
Return of goods
The items are produced on pre-order, it is thus unfortunately not possible to return an item. So be sure to check your size before placing an order.
Responsibilities
DS SOLUTIONS – SHOP makes every effort to ensure that the information given on its website is as accurate as possible. It is nevertheless given on the basis of good faith. DS SOLUTIONS – SHOP does not give any guarantee with regard to the accuracy regarding the information given and can not be held responsible for any erroneous use of its products.
Under no circumstances can DS SOLUTIONS – SHOP be held liable for any damage or loss suffered by the use of the services or products distributed by DS SOLUTIONS – SHOP.
Legal guarantee
The Customer is obliged to examine the delivered products as to their completeness and to report any defects immediately after receipt. Complaints must be made in writing and without delay – in case of visible defects at the latest within 5 days after receipt, in case of non-visible defects immediately after their discovery. Otherwise, the Customer acknowledges that the delivery was made in accordance with the contract and that the delivered goods were in perfect condition. The small possible color differences between the rendering of the images on this sales site and reality, as well as the exact placement of the prints on the items do not constitute defects. Also not covered by the warranty: damage due to poor maintenance (see FAQ), non-compliance with the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.
Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.
Image and content rights
All rights to photos, logos, product design or textile prints are reserved. No reproduction or publication of these contents is permitted, except with our written permission.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of the Coast in NYON, Switzerland
